How to use
Heat your water—because these are leaves and flowers, the ideal temperature is just less than boiling, (a good indication is when the small bubbles are floating to the top).
We recommend about a teaspoon of the herbs per cup, add them to your tea ball or strainer.
Pour the hot water over top and steep for 3-6 minutes.
This is best 30-60 minutes before laying down to bed.
