How to use
Always shake it before you use it.
To combat daily stressors. When you start to sense the first signs of stress (hint: learn your physical mannerisms, a deep breath, touching your forehead, tapping your feet, etc) take just a couple drops of your Relax Extract in your water or right in your mouth.
Note: Be careful not to have more than a drop or two during your day—and don’t operate heavy machinery after taking this extract. Too much can make you drowsy.
To wind down and fall asleep in the evening. Add 15-20 drops in water of tea after dinner and before bedtime.
