How to use
Although this isn’t just any honey, you can use it like you would your regular honey.
You can spread it on an post-lunchtime snack (delicious on a homemade croissant or light toast) or just take a straight spoonful if you’re looking for a real sweet treat.
Add a tablespoon to warm water with lemon or your Digestive Tea up to 30 minutes before a meal.
For a soft detox, take one tablespoon dissolved in warm water with lime juice before breakfast.
Note: Make sure not to heat honey to more than 104 F (40 C). Many of the healing properties can be burned away if your water is too hot.
